Masterfully designed by Auer Weber, this modular building can be described as simple in shape, while highly complex in its interior use program. As we go beyond the beautiful glass and charred-wood facade, different spaces with different uses open themselves to the user, all connected by a vertical living atrium. From boarding house and hotel rooms to workshop and co-working spaces, the project is also imbued of meeting rooms, a restaurant, a sky bar and a wellness area.
